Our guarantee on live arrival is simple.

We guarantee live delivery on all our seahorses!

To qualify you must:

1. Accept and sign for delivery on the first attempt.
2. Acclimate according to our acclimation procedures.
3. Contact us within 12 hours of delivery with any issues.
4. In the event of a loss, return the specimen to us.

As long as the above conditions are met, we will ship you a replacement at no charge.
